Green Stuff & Strawberry Fluff

1 6oz package lime jello
1 pint cottage cheese
8 oz container cool whip
1 can pineapple tidbits

Drain pineapple and add to lime jello. Mix in cottage cheese and cool whip. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes (an hour is better – it will give dish more time to set up).

Time to make: 30-60 minutes

Note: Angie & Jim make a berry version called “Strawberry Fluff.” It replaces the lime jello with strawberry or raspberry, and replaces the tidbits with drained crushed pineapple.
