Lemon Cookies
These soft, delicious cookies are an old family favorite! Pam discovered the recipe during the time she was working at the BYU Library.
1 box lemon cake mix
2 eggs
1 C cool whip
~1 C powdered sugar
Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
Pour cake mix, eggs, and cool whip into a bowl. Mix all together. Drop ~¼ cup blobs into powdered sugar. Roll each to coat and shape into a ball. Place on a greased pan. Bake for ~10 minutes or until edges just turn golden brown.
Yields: ~30 cookies
Time to make: 20 – 30 min
