Sticky Cinnamon Pull-Aparts
Angie learned the recipe for these quick and easy sticky buns (sometimes called “monkey bread”) back in junior high, but it’s been a favorite easy treat ever since.
10 oz can Ready-to-Bake biscuits
⅓ C sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
⅓ C brown sugar
3 tbsp butter
Pre-heat oven to 375°F.
In a small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon. Separate biscuits and cut them into fourths. Roll each piece into cinnamon/sugar mixture and gently place in a greased bread pan. In separate bowl, melt butter, then stir in brown sugar. Pour this over biscuit pieces. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
Yields: 4-6 servings
