Apricot Jam
4 c apricots, crushed
4 c sugar
6 oz peach or apricot jello
Wash jars in dishwasher. Bring all ingredients to a boil for about a minute and fill the jars (hot out of the dishwasher) to 1/4″ from the top. Place lids and rings on jars, and allow to cool untouched overnight.
