Cocoa Raisin Cuffins

1/4 c butter, melted
1/4 c cocoa
3/4 c apple sauce
1 1/4 c flour
1 c granulated sugar
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp salt
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c raisins

Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees F.

Blend cocoa and butter. Add applesauce, then remaining wet ingredients, and set aside. In a large bowl, mix dry ingredients. Combine all and blend thoroughly. Spoon into muffin cups and bake.
