Zucchini Cake
1/2 c soft butter
1/2 c oil
1 3/4 c sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 c buttermilk
2 1/2 c flour
4 Tbsp cocoa
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp allspice
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
2 generous c shredded zucchini
3/4 c chopped nuts
3/4 c brown sugar
3/4 c chocolate chips
Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees F.
Combine all ingredients except last three in a large mixing bowl, stirring gently to combine. Pour into a cake pan and top with nuts, brown sugar, and chocolate chips. Bake for one hour.
