Raspberry Vinaigrette
This isn’t a very precise recipe, because Pam just throws this together each time she makes it. Basically, she uses Heather’s Creamy Poppy Seed Dressing recipe, with some berry sweet alterations.
1/2-3/4 c oil
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c white wine vingar
1 Tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp Dijon mustard
salt to taste
onion powder or grated onion to taste
~2 Tbsp raspberry jam (to taste)
Mix all ingredients together until thoroughly blended. Refrigerate leftovers.
