Cream Cheese Mints

1 pkg (8oz) cream cheese
1 pgk powdered sugar
red food coloring
peppermint extract
green food coloring
mint extract
almond extract
sugar

Blend cream cheese and powdered sugar until mixture is not sticky. Divide into 3 sections:

Section 1: put a few drops of red food coloring and peppermint extract
Section 2: green food coloring mint extract
Section 3: almond extract

Mix each section until blended smooth. Take a little ball, roll it in sugar, stick it in a rubber mod, and pop it out.
