Pam’s Biscuit Recipe

2 c four
1/4 c sugar (or less)
3 tsp b powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cube butter softened
3/4 c milk whole
Mix everything except milk until we’ll combined. Add milk and stir as little as possible until it comes together into a loose dough. Turn out, roll out, and cut out then bake at 425°F for 8 Min.
If using this recipe for “strawberry shortcake,” sprinkle the tops of the biscuits with sugar before baking.
