Add some powdered sugar. Finish whipping to stiff peaks. Fold in crushed candy cane. If you let it sit a while in the fridge, the candy cane dissolves. Stir it up before serving. <\/p>\n<p>To serve over <a href=\"http:\/\/groo.wordpress.com\/2010\/05\/11\/la-bete-noir\/\">Le Bete Noir<\/a>:  Put whipped cream in a ziplock bag. Cut off one corner. Squeeze out in dollops onto cake slices.
