The website calls it Parmesan crusted chicken, but we like Zamba better!<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1\/2 C mayo<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 C Parmesan<\/li>\n<li>4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts<\/li>\n<li>4 tsp Italian seasoned breadcrumbs<\/li>\n<li>freshly ground black pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Directions:<\/p>\n<p>Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Cover a baking sheet with tinfoil and place chicken on it, grind black pepper onto chicken. Combine mayo and cheese and divide evenly onto chicken. Sprinkle breadcrumbs over chicken.
