Add instant potatoes and cool slightly.  Add egg yolks and enough flour to make a stiff dough.<\/p>\n<p>Put a large pot of salted water on the stove to bring to a boil.  While it heats, form the dough into small, oblong gnocchis, about the shape of large grapes, just a little bigger.  Cook gnocchi in small batches in boiling water for about five minutes, or until they float.<\/p>\n<p>Need a topping?
