When Jim & Angie first moved to California, with both sets of parents in town, Pam & Tom Dozier joined them for dinner on a blustery Sunday evening and brought a sweet spinach salad with this fantastic dressing. As an old friend of the Hoffman family, Pam agreed to share her recipe with us.<\/p>\n
\u00bd c. sugar
\n2 Tbsp. Sesame seeds
\n1\u00bd tsp onion, minced
\n\u00bc tsp Worcestershire sauce
\n\u00bc tsp Paprika
\n\u00bd c extra virgin olive oil
\n\u00bc c apple cider vinegar<\/p>\n
Combine all ingredients in a jar or dressing bottle and shake to mix. Add salad dressing to a sweet salad right before serving and gently toss. Store leftover dressing in the refrigerator.<\/p>\n
Yields: nearly 2 cups<\/p>\n
