Pam’s Meat Spaghetti Sauce
1 lb ground beef
2 tsp garlic powder
28 oz can whole or diced tomatoes
28 oz can tomato sauce
6 oz can tomato paste
2 Tbsp Italian seasoning
salt & pepper to taste
Brown ground beef in a large skillet or pot, sprinkling the garlic powder in evenly. Pour whole/diced tomatoes into the blender (including juice) and mix just until smooth. Drain cooked beef and return to pot. Add tomato from blender, as well as tomato sauce and paste. Add Seasoning and simmer for about half an hour. Serve over hot, buttered pasta or cooked spaghetti squash.
Yields: 10-12 servings
Time to make: about 45 minutes
