Caramel Popcorn

2 microwave bags, BUTTER popcorn (cook and de-kernel)
1/2 c (1 stick) butter
2 c brown sugar
1 c corn syrup

Melt butter in a medium saucepan, then add sugar and corn syrup. Cook, stirring frequently, until the caramel begins to look frothy and you can’t stir it down. Take off the stove and pour over the butter popcorn (in a big plastic bowl) and stir until evenly coated. Then pour the popcorn onto a silpat or tin foil to cool. Eat it warm or cool – good either way!

Time to make: ~10 minutes
