Grandma Wanda’s Chiffon Pie

1 C Sugar
4 Eggs
Rind (grated) of one lemon
If a tart flavor desired use all lemon juice.
Cook: sugar, egg yolk, juice and rind in double boiler for 20 min
stirring constantly. Beat egg whites and stir in half into filling.
Pour in pie shell and pour on white (egg whites?) and brown in oven??? .
