Vegetable Pizza

2 pkg croissant roll dough
1 pkg Ranch dressing seasoning mix
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 c miracle whip
your choice of veggies (blanched or slightly steamed if you don’t like them raw): broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, onions, peppers, olives, etc.

Pre-heat oven to 350°F. Press croissant roll dough into bottom of flat pan. Bake for 8 minutes.

Meanwhile, mix Ranch dressing packet with cream cheese and miracle whip. Finely chop/ Broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, onions, etc. When crust is cooked and slightly cooled, spread cream cheese mixture over crust. Sprinkle veggies over cream cheese mixture. Top with grated cheese.
