Blue Chimney Smoke [Virgin]

1/2 orange juice
1/2 lemon-lime soda
blue raspberry syrup

Place ice in a sugared cup, pour in orange juice and soda. Add syrup – just enough to reach the bottom with a small pool of blue. Garnish as desired.
