Pam’s Potato Salad

5 Russet potatoes – boiled with peels on
8 hard boiled eggs
1 c mayo
2-3 tsp mustard
1/2 c ranch dressing
1.5 tsp salt
Pepper to taste
1 tb Vinegar
2 tsp Sugar
1-2 c Frozen peas
*crumbled bacon or chips or cheese on top
